During my four years as District Superintendent of Sesser-Valier Community Unit School District No. 196, I have had the pleasure of developing a positive business relationship with Mel Workman and his company, Quality Network Solutions, Inc. I would highly recommend QNS and the reliable and expert high-tech service that they have provided to our school. The service that we receive is prompt and effective. The technicians are very knowledgeable and have come to my rescue more than once. It is far superior to the computer service we have had in the past which was unreliable and often unproductive. Reporting a problem is easy. It's just a click on the QNS icon and a short message explaining the problem you are experiencing. Usually within a day your problem will be addressed. No problem is too big, too small, or too ridiculous. (as in my case)
